Our operation is anything but conventional. We farm on land we don’t own. We lean into regenerative practices that leave the land better than we found it. We eliminate the need for capital-intensive infrastructure and heavy machinery. We raise animals naturally and happily, the way they were designed to exist. We involve you in every step of the process.

Sheltered in portable field pens, our Cornish Crosses spend eight weeks outside doing what chickens do best—scratching the soil, eliminating pests, and co-laboring with us on the farm.

MEET THE FARMER
Greta, here. I’m learning by doing on land I don’t own. I believe deeply in the power of regenerative ag to heal the land, a broken food system, and our relationship to food.
Breaking into farming without experience, land of my own, or piles of cash will be a challenge, but I want to prove that anyone with a heart for it can make a healthy living off the land. That hypothesis, if proven true, provides so much hope.
Joel Salatin calls this work redemptive. That has certainly been true for me. I hope you’ll follow along, get involved, and experience that fruit for yourself.
